That column answers whether a person is known to one system: coverage. Sendability is reach. Another team owns the artifact built to answer that, and had locked a figure. Both candidates disagreed with the lock, which means neither measures what the lock measures.
Ask what question a column answers before using its number, and say that question in the sentence.

The same defect landed three times in one day, in three hands. A join called lossy that lost nothing. A shortfall blamed on a record type that the cohort does not contain. Re-ask the same source with filters removed, in the same batch, as a positive control.

An extraction tool was promoted to proven on evidence that it returned dated results when queried one way. The pipeline never queries that way. It starts from the account, because fit is established before signals. Those are different questions, and only the first was ever tested. The proof was real, correctly cited, correctly grained, and about something else, so the promotion covers the tested shape alone.

09A Field Name Was Paraphrased And Matched Nothing
One evidence report named two restricted fields exactly. Four documents above it, including the method sessions start from, shortened one name and dropped the other. Those deltas had been reconciliation lag, not spend. Each job record carried the billed figure, and it agreed with the derived rates. That agreement is what would have made the wrong method look validated.

The plan compared rows in a recent window against rows in a prior window. Reading the banked rows first killed it. The feed returns newest first, and the row limit truncates to the newest N. Every non-empty run came back at exactly the limit, and spanned days rather than months. For an active subject there is no prior window left. The signal became a recency test on one date field.
Read raw rows for ordering and truncation first, then pick a statistic that survives the instrument.

12A Monthly Bucket Hid A One Day Break
A broken third-party integration was on record as failing around a particular month. That came from monthly session buckets. Pulled daily it is a single step between two consecutive days, an ordinary weekend either side. A step and a slope look identical once averaged into months. Their causes are opposite: a deploy, a removed script or an expired key, against gradual decay. Only one of those is anybody's ticket.
Halve the bucket until the shape stops changing, and pull the unfiltered control over the same interval.

Treat topic engagement as vanity-adjacent and take the dated company action as signal.
